Akcoat Participates in Fortune Turkey & CRIF Turkey Sustainability Study

The results of the Fortune Turkey and CRIF Turkey Sustainability Study have been announced. In this study, which outlines the design for a sustainable future, Akcoat successfully ranked among 88 companies. Our group companies, Akenerji and Akkim Kimya, also made it to the list of 88 companies.

The Fortune Turkey & CRIF Turkey Sustainability Study provides significant data on the sustainability performance of Turkey's largest companies. The study uses an advanced algorithm covering United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the European Green Deal, and GRI corporate sustainability reporting standards. Companies answered questions under five main categories: environmental, social, corporate governance, company, and sector-specific. Just like globally, companies in Turkey are adopting corporate sustainability approaches that address economic, social, and environmental sustainability as a whole and are working to adapt their traditional business models accordingly.
