Oven EnamelsEnamels are used as coating materials on cookware appliances because they provide aesthetic appearance, smooth surfaces, resistance to scratching and wear, durability, and resistance to thermal and chemical effects.
Akcoat oven enamels are used in many cooking group products, including oven inner chambers, baking trays, stovetop burner plates, burner caps, and grills.
All Solutions-
Catalytic EnamelsCatalytic enamels are high-strength, mechanically resistant, and durable enamels used on the inner surfaces of ovens. Due to their porous structure and ability to withstand high temperatures, they can absorb and clean organic fatty acids.
Prevent organic fatty acids from sticking to the oven’s interior, making ovens easier to clean. Catalytic coatings in cooking appliances absorb all grease residues and burn them during cooking, thus cleaning the appliances.
All Specs• They have a self-cleaning feature.
• Have a porous surface.
• Available in brown, gray, or dark colors.• They are used on the non-food contact surfaces of the oven or in the fan protective area (fan cover) in the inner body of the oven.
• They can be applied as wet or powder on the primer surface.CTL

• Provide ease of cleaning for cooking appliances.
• Used on surfaces not in contact with food and in the fan protective area (fan cover). -
Pyrolytic EnamelsPyrolytic enamels are used in self-cleaning ovens and are known for their ability to withstand high temperatures. Ovens with a pyrolytic function can heat up to 480°C to turn grease and other residues into ash, which then settles on the oven floor, facilitating easy cleaning.
All SpecsInnovative Aspect of Pyrolytic Enamel Coating:
• High heat resistance.
• No discoloration problem or color fluctuation is observed in the certain range of application thickness.
• A successful homogeneous coating thickness is achieved by minimizing Faraday cage error.
• It does not contain elements or compounds harmful to human health.• High quality enamel coating group.
• High resistance against acids and impacts.
• It does not require any chemical agent for cleaning.PETC

Food Contact EnamelsEnamel-coated surfaces like baking trays and cookwares are constantly interacting with various food substances. These surfaces are designed to prevent the degradation of the coating structure and the increase of metal migration caused by the acidic and fatty properties of food substances, ensuring safe use.

Burner Plate, Cap, and Grill EnamelsDue to their excellent engineering properties and aesthetic appearance, enamel coatings are preferred for burner plates, caps, and grills on stoves.
Since these surfaces are in direct contact with flames, they can cause discoloration and metallization over time, leading to a loss of aesthetic and engineering properties. Akcoat has developed enamel coatings with compositions that prevent such effects.
All Specs• Prevent discoloration on surfaces in contact with flames.
• Maintain color stability and aesthetic and engineering properties.
• Easy application.
• High resistance to acids.
• Uniform coating thickness.
• Facilitate the production process with strong coating and direct surface application.• Resistant to thermal shock and flames.
• Available in shiny or matte black options.
• Can be applied wet or electrostatically on burner plates and grates.
• Can be applied wet only on burner caps.BPCG

Barbecue EnamelsEnamel coatings are often preferred in cookware used in gardens and outdoor areas because they protect the metal they cover from corrosion, ensuring long-term use, and they are highly resistant to heat and thermal shocks.
Akcoat barbecue enamels provide permanent color stability by protecting outdoor barbecues from UV rays, making them resistant to the acids and oils of foods. They ensure that barbecues found in natural environments have a hard and smooth surface, preventing scratching and wear from environmental factors.

Boiler EnamelsBoilers are devices used for heating, storing, and ensuring the availability of hot water at any time of the day without being affected by ambient temperature in industrial and communal areas. Due to their economic advantages, Boilers are also used as central hot water systems in places where people live collectively, instead of individual hot water production. In particular, in places with high daily hot water consumption such as factories, apartments, hotels, and hospitals, central hot water preparation systems save both human labor and fuel, resulting in energy savings.
Using galvanized and epoxy paint in devices that provide clean hot water is very harmful to human health; hence, the use of enamel in boiler inner coatings has rapidly increased. Enamel coating also contributes to the use of high-quality water and extends the lifespan of the device.
Akcoat has developed new-generation alkali enamels for boiler coatings that offer high corrosion resistance, enhanced resistance to boiling water, high thermal expansion rates for parts that heat water, and temperature resistance. Due to its low thermal conductivity, enamel coating also helps prevent energy loss in Boilers.

Range and Stove EnamelsThe thermal conductivity of enamels varies depending on their chemical composition. Compared to metals, enamel-coated surfaces exhibit higher thermal conductivity performance.
The silicate structures in the chemical composition of enamel transmit incoming heat much more efficiently, which is why they are used in the coating of products like stoves and kitchen ranges to enhance their efficiency.
