PTFE Coatings
Due to their low coefficient of friction, fluoropolymers, which are materials resistant to wear and chemical resistance, do not adhere to any substance thanks to their inert properties. They are widely used in many sectors due to their higher temperature resistance compared to other polymers and their wide range of operating temperatures. Non-stick coatings containing high-performance fluoropolymer resins are products manufactured according to international standards and are used in cookware products and industrial kitchen equipment. The non-stick coating is applied directly to the metal surface. To ensure adhesion of the coating to the metal surface, it is cured in high-temperature ovens. A durable and non-stick surface is obtained with the final coating.

Sol-Gel Coatings
The sol-gel process involves the formation of colloidal suspensions (sol) consisting of solid particles in a liquid phase, followed by the formation of three-dimensional solid inorganic network structures (gel) within a continuous liquid phase.
All SpecsNon-stick ceramic coatings produced using the sol-gel technology are:
- Environmentally friendly products with an organic-inorganic hybrid composition.
- Energy-saving due to their low curing time and low curing temperature requirement.
- Reduced carbon footprint by emitting 50% less carbon dioxide compared to other non-stick coatings.
- High thermal conduction by ensuring heat is evenly transmitted to every point of the applied material.
- Efficient by delivering high-quality results with less energy in a shorter time.
- Easy to clean
- Brighter appearance than other non-stick coatings.

Aluminium Enamel Coatings
Aluminium enamels improve thermal and electrical resistance properties and prevent deformation at high temperatures. They also increase the scratch resistance of the surface. Aluminium enamels can improve the surface quality of aluminium by creating a smoother surface and a lower coefficient of friction. In addition, aluminium enamels are used for decorative purposes with a wide color scale.
