Şişecam Honors Akcoat with Value-Adding Partner Award

At Şişecam’s Global Supplier Summit, the chemical coating materials manufacturer Akcoat was honored with the “Valuable Partner” award.

Akcoat, a producer of chemical coating materials, achieved another success thanks to its sustainable solutions and innovative collaboration approach. At the “Global Supplier Summit” organized by Şişecam at the Sheraton Grand Istanbul Ataşehir, the award was presented to Akcoat’s General Manager Burç Yıldırım by Şişecam’s CSCO, Dr. Selma Öner.

Under the theme "United to Collaborate," the summit focused on the importance of collaboration and innovation for the future of the glass industry. The event, which featured opening speeches by Şişecam Chairman and Executive Member Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kırman and Şişecam General Manager Görkem Elverici, highlighted the contributions of sustainability and innovation to the glass industry.

Akcoat’s General Manager Burç Yıldırım expressed satisfaction with being recognized for its contributions to sustainable solutions and innovative collaborations at this summit organized by Şişecam.
