Akcoat's LESSBOX Project Wins Award at Liderpack Awards
Akcoat's LESSBOX Project, developed by the chemical coating materials producer, was awarded in the "Best Logistics and Distribution Packaging" category at Spain's prestigious Liderpack Awards.
With production facilities in both Turkey and Spain, Akcoat's LESSBOX solution has once again been recognized with an award from Spain. The Liderpack Awards is renowned as one of the industry's most prestigious programs, evaluating innovative, sustainable, and creative packaging solutions used in industrial sectors. The eco-friendly packaging solution "LESSBOX" developed by Akcoat for inkjet ceramic printing inks was awarded in the "Best Logistics and Distribution Packaging" category this year.

Eco-Friendly and Recyclable Packaging Solution: LESSBOX
Developed in collaboration with Hinojosa Packaging Solutions, the LESSBOX Project offers an environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable packaging solution. Replacing traditional plastic ink packaging systems, LESSBOX provides up to 60% savings in waste management and reduces the plastic content in ceramic industry ink packaging systems by up to three times. Additionally, it requires less storage space, providing logistical advantages and enhancing the usage efficiency of inkjet inks.
LESSBOX, with its flexible packaging design, maintains the structural integrity of the inks while facilitating easy transportation and storage of the box. Thus, it offers both an eco-friendly and practical packaging solution to the ceramic industry.
