Akcoat Secures EU Funding with Its Award-Winning Sustainability Project
Akcoat has qualified to participate in the European Union’s “Strengthening the Business Value Chain Programme” with an inkjet recycling project developed in Spain. Receiving EU funding for its award-winning project in line with its commitment to sustainability targets, Akcoat continues to create value for the industry in environmental sustainability and waste management.
A leading global manufacturer of chemical coating materials with product groups spanning enamel, ceramic, glass, non-stick decorative coatings and pigments, Akcoat has achieved an important success with its inkjet recycling project developed in Spain. With its award-winning project, Akcoat qualified to participate in the “Strengthening the Business Value Chain Programme”, which is supported by the European Union at a rate of 60% and has a total budget of EUR 294,176. Through the project, the company aims to transform industry waste into sustainable solutions.
