Akcoat Hosted Children Under Protection in Istanbul

On April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, Akcoat hosted children under protection in Children’s Homes at KidZania Istanbul.

Aiming to create value for society through social responsibility projects and raise awareness in the region where it operates, Akcoat offered children aged 7–12 under protection an enjoyable experience at KidZania Istanbul on April 23 National Sovereignty and Children’s Day, in cooperation with the Children’s Homes Coordination Center (ÇEKOM) under the Ministry of Family and Social Services. In an entertaining environment, the children had the opportunity to explore their imagination and potential by trying different professions. From flight simulation and firefighting to working as an assistant doctor or musician, and even training in space science and astronautics, the children experienced a wide range of professions and created unforgettable memories.

Emphasizing Akcoat’s commitment to future generations, Acting General Manager Ömer Semiz said: “Last year, we also came together with our children at KidZania and witnessed their excitement and happiness. This year, we wanted to share the same enthusiasm with even more children. At Akcoat, we care about contributing to the development of individuals with diverse perspectives and creating sustainable projects that support children’s growth. We hope that by raising awareness through such projects, we can help strengthen social solidarity.”
