Akcoat's R&D Next Seminar Series: Session Two - "The Chemistry of Happiness"

Akcoat successfully completed the second session of its R&D Next seminar series, focusing on technology development and knowledge sharing. The theme of this seminar was "The Chemistry of Happiness," and featured a presentation by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elif Altürk, a leading expert at TÜBİTAK MAM Material Institute's Photonics Technologies Group and author of "In Pursuit of Happiness."

The Chemistry of Happiness: DOSE Hormones

The seminar covered 41 ways to boost the "DOSE" hormones known as Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins, which are associated with happiness and success. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Altürk emphasized the significance of happiness in life, explaining how thoughts and ideas impact human lives, the roles of these hormones, and their effects on emotional states.

Interactive Participation and Happiness Test

During the session, an interactive test was conducted to measure participants' happiness levels. This short questionnaire provided an opportunity for participants to reflect on happiness and assess their own levels of happiness.
