Grant from Valencia Innovation Agency - AVI to Akcoat
Akcoat entered the plastic sector in recent years by developing inorganic pigments and additives that do not cause migration, do not harm packaging or molded plastic products, and therefore can be included in recycling.
As part of the “Masterbatch Plastic Coloring Pigment” project, which aims to develop inorganic pigments used as colorants in plastic components in the construction sector and in plastic industry packaging, a new range of inorganic pigment products has been created for plastic coloring production.
Akcoat’s R&D project “Development of Masterbatch Plastic Coloring Pigments” received a grant from the Valencia Innovation Agency’s talent incentive program. (Line 2: Combining researchers and technology experts for innovation projects in companies)
The project is co-financed by the Valencia Innovation Agency through the Talent Development Program and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
Receiving a grant from the Valencia Innovation Agency (AVI) and joining this grant network is a significant and proud achievement on a global scale, as it supports the development of innovation and technological capacity and the adoption of more sustainable and intelligent production models for consistent economic growth.
